How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving your payment for the order. Please expect delivery within 4-7 working days of dispatch, depending on the delivery location inside India. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We’re continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

What are the shipping charges within India ? 

We charge a flat shipping of INR 100 for every prepaid order and INR 150 for COD. We also run campaigns where we give Free Shipping to our customers. Note: Shipping is not charged on individual items, only once for the order.

Returns

Holy Godz.com takes great pride in the level of quality and authenticity of our pieces. It is important for us that you wear them with love and pride.

If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with the jewellery that you have purchased, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of purchase- unworn and in its original packaging for full refund. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days. Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded.

When returning items to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send your items using trackable methods to ensure safe delivery.  Returns are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

However, despite our stringent quality checks, if you receive a defective piece, we would either replace it for you while paying for return shipping or refund the entire amount- including shipping charges. Our jewelry has been crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished products charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece.
